Ultra Glucose Control® – Chocolate is a practitioner-formulated medical-food powder crafted to support healthy post-meal glucose response and metabolic balance. 
Each serving features the proprietary MetaRelease® blend of slow-release carbohydrates (including heat-moisture treated amylopectin), oat-hull fibre, plant-based protein (pea/rice), and branched-chain amino acids—delivering a targeted ratio of macronutrients (approx. 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat) for balanced glucose metabolism. 
The formula also includes 20+ vitamins and minerals (including chromium 120 µg) to support cellular energy, metabolic pathways and overall nutrient completeness.
Chocolate-flavoured and non-GMO/gluten-free, this powder is designed for adults who require enhanced nutritional management of glucose response under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner. 

Directions for Use

Blend, shake or briskly stir 3 level scoops (~53 g) into 10–12 fl oz (≈296–355 mL) of chilled water and consume within 10 minutes. Use once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. 
If you are taking glucose-lowering medications, dosage may need to be adjusted—please consult your healthcare practitioner.
