Ultra Glucose Control® is a medical-food powder designed to support the nutritional management of glucose response for adults seeking additional metabolic support. The Chocolate flavour variant offers the same potent formula as the standard blend: a proprietary MetaRelease® slow-release carbohydrate and oat hull fibre matrix, plant-based protein (pea/rice), branched-chain amino acids, and a carefully formulated 40:30:30 ratio of carbohydrates, protein and fat.
With just ~53 g per serving (3 scoops) delivering approx. 200 calories, 8 g fat, 22 g carbs, 13 g protein, this formula also includes 20+ vitamins and minerals (notably chromium 120 µg) to support metabolic and insulin response.

Directions for Use
Blend, shake or briskly stir 3 level scoops (~53 g) into 10-12 fl oz (~296-355 mL) of chilled water. Consume within 10 minutes. Use 1–2 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. 
If you are taking glucose-lowering medications, dosage adjustments may be required. Consult your healthcare practitioner.
