At Village Vitamin Store, your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  Ship Items Back

  Send your package to our returns warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
