Traditional Medicinals Organic Nighty Night Tea is a natural night time sleep aid made with medicinal grade passionflower and hops.

Medicinal Ingredients

Each tea bag (1.75g) contains:
Organic passionflower herb (Passiflora incarnata)	350mg
Organic chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita)	350 mg
Organic catnip herb (Nepeta cataria)	175mg
Organic hop strobile (Humulus lupulus)	70 mg

 

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Organic spearmint leaf (Mentha spicata), organic orange peel (Citrus sinensis).

Suggested Use

Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the bag to release the remaining extract.

Cautions

If sleeplessness persists continuously for more than two weeks, consult your physician.
