Nature’s Way CalmAid® is a once-daily lavender essential oil product that is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve mild symptoms of mental stress and exhaustion. Calm-Aid® also helps improve sleep quality in those experiencing mild mental stress. Each softgel contains 80 mg of Silexan™, a clinically studied lavender essential oil.
Directions for Use

Adults: Take 1 softgel once or twice daily with a full glass of water, or as directed by a qualified health-care professional.

Do not chew. A mild lavender-scent burp may occur; take with water and food if this happens.

Not for use in children under 12, if pregnant or nursing, or if taking medications without consulting a health-care professional.
