Directions for Use

1. Thoroughly wash your hands before inserting a tampon. 

2. Remove the tampon from its wrapper and un-fold the string.

3. Sit or stand in a comfortable position, gently insert the tampon into the vaginal canal using your fingers, aiming for comfort and proper seating.

4. Ensure the string remains outside your body for easy removal.

5. Change the tampon every 4 to 6 hours or sooner if needed — do not leave a tampon in for more than 8 hours. 

6. Remove the used tampon by gently pulling the string and dispose of it in a trash bin (tampons should not be flushed). 

7. If you experience any discomfort, irritation, or unusual symptoms (fever, rash) stop use and consult a health-care professional.
