Directions for Use

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before inserting a tampon.

2. Unwrap the tampon, ensure the applicator is locked and ready. 

3. Sit or stand in a comfortable position, gently insert the tampon using the applicator until your body feels comfortable.

4. Ensure the string remains outside your body for easy removal.

5. Change the tampon every 4 to 8 hours (or sooner if needed). Do not leave in longer than 8 hours. 

6. Remove the tampon by gently pulling the string, dispose of it in a proper waste bin — do not flush unless specified safe.
