Medicinal Ingredients

Each teaspoon (4 gram) contains:
Calcium carbonate	1550 mg
Sodium bicarbonate	1240 mg
Magnesium carbonate	930 mg
Potassium bicarbonate	155 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients

Disodium hydrogen phosphate (sodium phosphate, dibasic).

Suggested use

(Adults): Dissolve one teaspoon (4g) in water two times a day or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Caution and Aarnings

Do not take within 2 hours of another medicine because the effectiveness of the other medicine may be altered. Do not use if you are pregnant or on a low salt diet.

Duration of use

Do not take for more than two weeks, or if symptoms recur, unless directed by a health care practitioner.
