Directions for Use
Adults (18 years and older): Orally take 2–3 capsules once daily, or as recommended by your health care practitioner. In case of gastric acidity, take 2–3 capsules after a meal. The frequency of use may be increased to one dose per day if effects are not achieved. Allow 6–12 hours to see the laxative effects. For occasional use only.
