It is the green leafy parts of the oat plant which are used to make our Avena sativa tincture, rather than oat grain which is commonly used as food. Oats' balancing and nutritive action on the nervous system is useful in cases of insomnia resulting from nervous exhaustion. Many authors also propose its use in the treatment of frigidity.
Avena sativa is Oats. Renown to reinforce the nervous system , it is both relaxing and stimulating. Avenaforce is made from fresh flowering Avena sativa.

Non-medicinal Ingredient

1 mL of tincture contains 0.49 mL alcohol (ethanol).

* Certified organically grown by Bio Suisse

1 mL = 33 drops. Dropper included.

Adults and adolescents over 12 years old: Take 10 to 15 drops, 1 to 3 times daily with water, 15 minutes before meals. Insalivate before swallowing. Sweeten with honey if desired.

Children 6 to 11 years old: Give 5 to 10 drops, 1 to 3 times daily with water, 15 minutes before meals.

Children 1 to 5 years old: Give 1 to 5 drops, 1 to 3 times daily with water, 15 minutes before meals.
