Ingredients

Each vegetable capsule contains:
Organic plantain (Plantago major) leaf	500 mg
Organic alfalfa (Medicago sativa) herb	100 mg
Organic lobelia (Lobelia inflata) herb top	50 mg

Other ingredients

Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a non-⁠GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Directions

Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

Cautions and warnings

Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners; if you are undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT); or if you are taking birth-control medication. Consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.

Contraindications
